First class shipping not showing up as an option

1st class shipping is not coming up on an item that weights 9oz an dimensions are 10x9x1. Any help would be appreciated

In some categories, First Class Large Envelope might come up as an option when doing a listing. But when you go to print the label after the item sells, it will default to Ground Advantage. That's because the Large Envelope doesn't come with tracking. The only way to ship with FC Large Envelope is to take it to the post office to add postage but it still won't have the tracking you need to prove you shipped it.

there used to be a function for first class shipping in the shipping section after an item sells. I just started back reselling again this year and I don’t see the 1st class option under the different options when creating the label

The post office eliminated First Class package service last summer and replaced it with Ground Advantage. I found it to be comparable in price, plus Ground Advantage goes up to 70lbs and comes with $100 in insurance.
