First class international shipping

I was asked by a buyer to change the shipping  to first class international. I tried to add it to my listing but it is not an option. I also tried to do the change on  one of my drafts and again no option for 1st class.

Thank you for the info but my question is why has eBay eliminated that type of shipping? I was unaware they did and it explains why my sales have stopped in some of the items I sell. The price changes are supposed to help not cost us sales. Thanks again
