First Class shipping option not showing up anymore.

For some reason, when i try to make a new listing for a sports card like i usually do and use First Class USPS shipping, that option does not come up anymore. Anyone know why? I also went to revise some listings and noticed they all had the "choose shipping option" when i know put First Class when i made the listing. It doesn't even let me set a fixed shipping price or make it free shipping?
What happend??
