First Class Package

I have seen posts that say the cheapest shipping with tracking is First Class Package.  But there is no option for First Class Package when I try to set up the postage rate. There is only First Class, Parcel Select Ground and Retail Ground. I want to send a 9 x 12 envelope by USPS with tracking but not Priority Mail. How do I do this?

Enter the weight of the package first and if it qualifies for First Class Package, you'll see and be able to select the one highlighted below:

Where am I entering this? I'm trying to create a template and I only get the weight boxes after I choose my shipping type. Can you be more specific?

It's the same when creating a template.

Select your shipping method, enter your weight and package size, select cost type (flat or calculated), then add your shipping service (where you'll see the pop-up window as shown in my previous response).
