First Class International Error

Has anyone every seen this error message before - see attachment.  It says the weight limit for First Class International shipping is 3oz??????  It's 4 lbs!!!  Frustrating!  I can't revise my listing.  The weight that I am trying to revise it to is 1lb 14 oz.

Check the drop-down menu for package type. Maybe it's set to "Letter."
