I’m trying to find a member on Here I have their eBay name I have their full name their address everything and I can’t find them I need to contact them through messaging because I sent this person the wrong item and they have it and I need to contact them and I don’t know how it will not let me find a member in the site map help me

Try this:  https://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/feedback-login.html   Use the page that opens to take you to the member's feedback profile.  From there, you can click Contact Member, View Items for Sale, or whatever.
