Buyer fully paid for item. After finding some flaws when packing, I messaged the buyer and asked if they wanted a full refund or I could discount the item. The buyer still wanted the item. I've made a partial refund thru paypal. How do I get some of my final value fee back from ebay or do I get anything back at all? What's the best way to go about this the next time this happens?
eBay's basic policy is to not give partial credit for final value fees. You could try calling customer support.
