Filing acomplaint

I want to file a complaint against Square Trade for misleading advertising on a product's advertisement.  The statement said that it would it's protection for this product specifically covered drops but when the protection plan they sent me with the item said it was the standard coverage which doesn't cover drops.  How do I register my complaint with Ebay?

I would contact customer service on social media.  Post a private message on twitter or facebook. www.facebook.com/ebay  www.twitter.com/ebay

Thank you for your suggestion but I don't have or use social media accounts like facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
