I have followed the steps provided by ebay and there is no way (that I can find) to get to the claim form they say is available to file a claim with the post office. HELP!

Thank you. eBay says you do it through them but the option isn’t where they say it is

Curious where does it say that? If you bought Ship Cover insurance, there are special instructions for filing claims, but with USPS insurance it doesn't go through eBay, just straight to USPS - although I know eBay does use misleading & confusing wording in various places here.

When I entered question it said go to shipping label section and under actions select file a claim.

Thanks I'll have to look for that next time, it's possibly an old instruction or link. eBay can be confusing, but USPS claims are filed on their online portal, unless you bought Ship Cover insurance. Sorry for any confusion.
