I haven't had this happen to me before so I'm trying to learn and been searching for an hour on the website with no luck. My customer purchased a set of glasses from me, and when they arrived 2 of them were broken. I purchased my label from ebay and would now like to file a claim but I'm not sure where I need to go to do this?
