File Exchange "An unknown error occurred. Please try again"

So I've been using file exchange for several months and everything has been good. I stopped using it for about a month and I come back to it, with files formatted the same way as from then.  And it gives me an error message: "An unknown error occurred. Please try again."  

I was also trying to do a revise by downloading all active listing in a "File exchange revise quantity or price" format. And when I upload it, it goes through with an error "Abandoned Job: invalid line." What's wrong with File exchange. Thanks, God Bless You all.

I included an image of the error. It doesn't even want to try and process the file.

What do you see when you click the "load results report"  file?
