File Exchange Error Code 37

I am getting an error that has got me stumped.

Error - Input data for tag <Item. "ShippingDetails>" is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation. | Item.ShippingDetails |

I have tried going through the guide and have found some fixes I needed but no matter what I do to my shipping info I keep getting this error. Has anyone got any advice as to how to fix this issue?
