That item seems to have been removed from eBay, which indicates there was some problem with the listing. That does not excuse you from paying insertion fees you incurred when you listed it, and there might be other fees* involved under the circumstances, of which of course we have no clue other you were selling it.
ETA: or if eBay had to refund the buyer you are of course required to reimburse them.
