Why are my fees more than is posted in the terms and conditions. It says 5% for collectibles but I am being charged 12.5% for collectibles

I only see a 5% fee for Collectibles & Art>NFTs, which you're not selling.
Where else in policy do you see 5%?

No. It doesn't. It says:
Art > Art NFTs
Select Collectibles categories:
Emerging NFTsNon-Sport Trading Cards > Non-Sport Trading Card NFTs
