Why does eBay keep trying to make me leave feedback for an item I don't even have if I got it I would leave feedback for it it really makes no sense if I leave good feedback and never get it I'll be screwed up and held responsible for getting it and if I leave bad oh yeah it want let you for 7 more days it's really dumb to me that they do this. So ever who made this decision for stop it in my opinion.

eBay sends feedback reminders prematurely. This has been a common complaint for quite a while. All it is is a reminder. You are under no obligation to leave it at all, and if you choose to leave feedback, you have 60 days to do so.
