I left a positive feedback for a buyer. Two months later the buyer left a negative feedback with untrue and unfair claims. They will not respond to my messages to try to resolve and Ebay will not take down the negative rating. How can I revise my original positive feedback for the buyer?

Feedback revision is not available for positive feedback. This is another way of saying that sellers can never revise feedback for their buyers, since sellers can leave only positive feedback for their buyers in the first place.

Hi @peejaycat I'm sorry this happened, particularly over such a small item.
"Please remove this negative feedback. You are hurting my rating...." Who are you talking to there? eBay doesn't see it and the buyer doesn't seem inclined to care. You can send them a feedback revision request if it's within the time frame, but your follow up comment berating them doesn't really inspire cooperation. Is there anyway you can revise THAT to be less scolding? Or so that any potential customers that read it will be on YOUR side?
Their comment is in Spanish, anyway, and pretty garbled. It doesn't make a ton of sense in Spanish or English. If you can revise your follow up comment, you can take out all but ".... I would have refunded your money if you had asked, but you didn't." It's not too late. It's never too late to refund. Maybe you can make a deal where you accept the return and he revises his feedback. Stay cool. Good luck!
