Feedback revision request

I cannot find any guidance on how to send a Feedback Revision Request. Can anyone help me ?

You can only ask for negative or neutral feedback to be revised - you do not have either.  When a revision is possible, you will see a link 'request revision' on the line of that feedback, on the right side.
