Feedback issues

I have attempted to alter a feedback from negative to positive at the sellers request! When clicking on the link for the change, I was taken to a page with a red line saying, you have connected to the wrong page!!!! The seller is irate and it is within 30 days time! This is a real issue and will force me to stop using EBay!!! This is baloney, especially not being able to contact someone for help! Quite Frankley, their system sucks big time!!!!!

Thanks in advance,

H Kotowski

Feedback issues

I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this.  If the seller had Ebay send you an email so you could easily revise the feedback, that email has a shelf life of 14 days.  If it took you longer than that to revise it, the link in the email would no longer work.

When I review your Feedback left for others, I only see one recent negative feedback, but the comment is no longer there, there are just two dashes.  That usually means that Ebay removed your comment because it broke one of the feedback rules, but in Ebay's opinion the negative rating should stand.

You should take a look.  If this is the same feedback you are wanting to change, I'm not sure you can.

If your seller is being irate with you, that is a different issue and Ebay will put a stop to that if you report the emails.  The seller should not be doing that.
