Feedback for multiple item sent with combined shipping

I bought several auctions from a buyer but am only able to leave feedback for one auction. How do I leave feedback for the others?

There is no need to leave multiple feedbacks for a member during the same week.  ebay only counts the feedback left as "1" regardless of how many feedbacks are left.

There really is no need to.  Only 1 will count (feedback for multiple purchases from the same seller in 1 week only count as 1--unless they are different ratings in which case 1 negative and 1 positive).
