Hello all - are Neutral comments in feedback posted reflect towards the positive or negative side for the seller? Any eBay help pages referring to feedbacks?

Since only sellers can receive neutral or negative feedback you have to assume they are both considered by eBay to be bad for sellers.  You will not find this printed anywhere but if neutral feedback was considered as OK feedback then buyers would be able to receive it.
