Feed back revision

I left negative feedback on a seller,that end up cooperating. Gave me my money  back after returning item. I was sent a request to revise feedback. But everytime I press accept it says it cant because it's under another user name. I called e bay and they are stumped.This person is a new seller with 60 next his name. Any guesses on what's happening? Thanks.

Seller needs to call eBay.  He only gets so many revision requests to use, and the one you got will expire soon.
