Dealing with folks at times can be such a turn-off. I received a negative feedback, which isn’t the point here but its the **bleep** that you have to deal with when selling on EBay.
After the customer bought an item he wanted to complain about the shipping. I offered to cancel the transaction, he never responded. We refunded $5.00 and changed the shipping to UPS in an attempt to reduce the shipping cost and hopefully make the guy happy. Then his chief complaint was that the item was now going to take longer to arrive.
Should this happen again with any customer, I will cancel the transaction without hesitation, its simply not worth the frustration. This customer has over 4000 FB, shouldn’t he know that we dont set the shipping fees? We certainly do not inflate shipping costs, shipping is already too expensive.
This is most likely a angry little man that is **bleep** off and wanted to squirt it at somebody.

I agree. With over 4000 feedback that buyer should know that a lower shipping cost usually means slower service. He saw the shipping cost before he made the purchase, so he agreed to pay that when he purchased. I think it would be good to Cancel in the future if someone is complaining about the shipping cost.
