So I’m going in circles. Come home and have email saying my item was delivered and signed for by aboot.
problem is there is no item that was delivered here. So I call fed ex, give them my name and address and tracking number. They run my tracking number and say item was delivered to a different person at a different address based on the tracking number.
Fed ex says contact seller. Now I’m waiting to see if seller replies. Can’t open a case because as far as eBay’s electronic system is concerned my order was delivered and there isn’t a reporting category for me. It was delivered but not to me. . eBay has no avenue to report this to them for intervention? Am I missing something or is this a new scam?
