Faulty

Hi I bought a vape kit back in June.  the battery is playing up and doesn't perform how it should and keeps switching off. I have contacted the seller numerous times over a month or 2, with no reply, so thought I would contact e bay to help step in. I'm having trouble as it says it wants me to select the item but because it was back in June its not showing up in my purchases. tried doing a live chat with e bay but its currently unavailable. can anyone help what I should do or if I can do anything.   many thanks
