Faulty merchandise. Seller will not

I'm 85 &  need to talk to a live person at  ebay. Need help with a broken item. Seller won't replace

Or refund. It was a gift for relative 

And seller said even if it's broken

It can still be used.

Only the person who bought it can request the return.  eBay does not handle gift returns.

You will have to ask the giver to arrange for the return for you.  It doesn't matter what the seller says, if it is broken, he must accept the return when requested within 30 days of delivery.
