I purchased an ecig in October last year and only used it for a month before I was unable to charge it,the return window closed in November and seller is ignoring my messages, surely I have some recourse when it had only lasted for a month
Thanks Mark

You have buyer protection for 30 days from receipt of the item. eBay cannot help you now. Sellers are only responsible for the item for those 30 days. Manufacturers provide warranties and not individual sellers unless they are an authorized dealer for the item. Most sellers on eBay are not authorized dealers for any item so the manufacturer would likely deny any warranty coverage.
If you paid for the item through your PayPal account they provide protection or 180 days from payment but you have to pay the return shipping charges.
If you paid through a credit/debit card you should contact them about a charge back if you are within their coverage period.
