Hi,
I ordered an item on eBay last week. In the description, it said "Country/Region of Manufacture: United States". But when I got it a couple of days ago, the label on the item says: "Made in China." I don't want to buy or use anything made in China. If I had known it was made in China, I would not have bought it. But the product description was false and misleading. What should I do?
Thanks

@honestguy11 Sorry your item is not as described. You can return it for a full refund.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
Select the return item button on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041&st=
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

Do I have to pay for shipping for the return? Is postage included in the shipping label the seller is supposed to send me? The seller is here in the U.S.
Thanks

@honestguy11. The seller pays return shipping and can't refuse the return when you select the doesn't match pictures or description reason.
If you are not issued a refund to or return label ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day.
