I got scammed on my last purchase, the guy sent me an open dvd with no shrink wrap on it and a cut tag on top with no dvd inside, it was 10 bucks but I don't want this guy to cheat anyone else, I already left negative feedback, is there anything else I should do? Anyway to get a hold of a live person at ebay?

If an item is not as described, you can return it at the seller's expense for a refund.

The seller will be required to either refund you outright or provide for tracked shipping and refund once tracking shows delivery. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days you can ask eBay to step in and refund you.
