How can I cancel a product that I won at auction? But I realized that it is a false description from a seller who does not answer my questions. It's possibly a scam. How do I cancel the process?

Hi @maxzuc71 Have you paid for your purchase? The seller isn't required to cancel.
If you didn't pay yet, you have up to 4 days to pay. If you don't pay, the seller can put an unpaid item on your account. Most sellers block buyers who have 2 or more unpaid items in a year.
If it's been less than an hour since you won the auction, you can cancel it yourself. Otherwise the seller must cancel for you:

If you paid, and the seller won't cancel for you, after you receive it you can return the item for a full refund with eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Request a return within 30 days after you receive the item.
