Someone started a return because they thought the color of the shirt I was selling was Navy Blue.
They claimed the color was not part of the listing.
The color was CLEARLY listed in the 'Item Specific' section of the item.
They also never asked any color questions before purchasing.
So, they started a return stating that the item did not match the description.
Ebay accepted their claim and is making me refund them.
Why didn't Ebay either investigate this or, you know, ask me if the claim was true??
They are paying the return shipping...I think...item hasn't arrived yet.

ebay uses bots, and when a buyer states Not as described, it is automatically accepted by the seller. You could have used the HELP & CONTACT to have ebay call you, and direct the CSR to the item description. I looked at the 2 shirt type items you sold. The item specifics stated Black in one and Blue in the other.

It's the black one that they are claiming didn't have the color listed, when as you see, it was clearly listed. I went to the help screen, but to be honest, it isn't very helpful. I guess I'll call if it happens again. I don't understand why the seller doesn't have the opportunity to dispute returns. If there is a way, it certainly isn't easy to find. I reported the buyer, but that didn't seem to help.
