I purchased an Iphone 8 from this seller and in their ad-posting they stated it came with an award winning Warrantee for a YEAR. They now claim it was a third party option I could have paid for (It was clearly stated it was included!). With a couple months left it became faulty and unusable, so I contacted them and they offered a $15 refund on a $700 phone? I said no, please send a replacement, fix it, or a full refund. They said my 30 days were up, so I contacted EBAY and they did a report. The next day they wanted pictures and for me to send back the phone (at my expense). Two full weeks later I contacted seller again and they said they didn't receive the phone yet? I tracked it it was delivered 4 days later at 10:25am. I let them know...so now they gone silent with no replies for days? EBAY indicates they can't do much? How do I handle this now?s
A very unsatisfied EBAY and the above seller customer...

You need to open an Item Not as Described dispute with the payment processor and include the tracking number showing the item was returned and delivered back to seller. Do not close or let the case expire without going back and asking for help, if you do not get a refund.

The post is confusing, but it sounds like the OP purchased the phone about 10 months ago ... meaning that it's too late to involve eBay in the matter.
It MIGHT be possible for the OP to phone their credit/debit card company, explain what happened, provide the tracking number, and request a chargeback. But it might be too late to do that as well.

If 10 months ago then OP needs to keep his fingers crossed, as that will be tough depending on who processed the payment, as some credit card companies will stretch their usual six month limit.
