Thanks for your reply. The Fee is not defined as a Sales Tax. I have been on EBAY for years and have never had any additional fees like this. I have tried to use the chat box with them but they ask a question and there is no place to put my answer in!!! Then I tried the phone and it was a a recording saying "go to the bay contact page" which is a NIGHTMARE that has one clicking in circles. UGH!
