I recently sold a watch on eBay, the buyer says "ordered by mistake" so we canceled the sale and refunded immediately, after a week or so the buyer leaves us bad feedback, stating item was damaged in shipping, we received pieces, exc... we contacted them with no reply, multi times still nothing, we appealed the obvious error feedback with ebay and they sided with buyer, am i in the twilight zone? no way to contact ebay, im resorting to this, dont know what else to do, any help?

It is too late to get it removed - you needed to ask for removal within 30 days.
Your response is good - I don't think that feedback would deter a buyer.

I did contest it, I did file for revision, as soon as we seen it, and eBay's ai upheld, had to be a computer answering it cuz this is blatant!!

The amount of money i make for ebay I should have a direct line to the CEO! I have literally bought them a 30K Cadillac every year since 2001! im actually thinking of sending my whole store to ETSY the most madding thing is no contact, they think this is good, its the beginning of the end for them. nothing worse that NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! I THINK THEY OWE IT TO US TO HAVE COMMUNICATION!!

Your most recent negative says private listing so there is no way to see the item. Your older negative FB says it is a watch.
Did you reach out to eBay customer service through social media. I haven't used it but am told the Facebook help group is good. They would be able to see the cancellation, which we can't see.
