Expected shipping dates

I would like to know how to change the expected shipping dates. I'm trying to sell pre-order items, and it always acts like I'm going to ship it the next day. I've noticed other sellers have expected shipping dates later , but I can't figure out how to change mine. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance

For pre-sale items you need to change your handling time to extend the expected delivery date. 

That option is on the listing page in the Preferences section near the bottom.
