eBay's Recently Viewed item list is quite limited, unfortunately. What you see is what you get.
Check your browser history or your search history; you may be able to find a link to the item that way.
Try to recreate your search; go to the advanced search page and type the first few letters of the first keyword for the search that found that item and see if you can find the item again. Also try searching sold or ended items in case the listing sold or ended in the last ninety days.
In the future, consider adding items of interest to your Watch List, or adding a seller to a Saved Seller list to make it easier to find items again later.
