I have had this issue for some time now and I don't know what's going on. I have tried clearing cache and different browsers, but nothing has worked.
When I try to access my Personal Information in the account settings, I am asked to retype my password and then go through the 2FA process just see an error message saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." See photo:
What is wrong and how can I contact eBay customer service to fix it?

Is it possible you are using an old bookmark or link?

Or try updating your personal information using the eBay app.
Possibly the issue is related to your recent change of ID.

I am not using any links or bookmarks. I log into my account, go to the account settings tab under my username (top left corner), then click on personal information.
I even tried the link you provided and got the exact same error message.
Is there a phone number for eBay customer service?

Does the link work any differently if you disable 2FA?
How long ago did you change your ID?
There is not a public phone number for you to call, but you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
