Error message preventing purchase of shipping label.

Upon attempting to purchase shipping label, I get this error.

This is on PC: "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."

On the app, this is what I get: "A pending call was cancelled."

I have tried everything I can think of. Changed browsers, tried pc and the app, tried 3 different payment methods(I even added the 3rd one), tried private window, clearing cookies, etc. Don't know what else to do, and my post man will be here in a few hours to collect the package.

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader.  Now try opening and printing your shipping label.

Thank you. I'll certainly remember that for future references. In my case it turns out that the dimensions of my package, though under one pound, were not suitable for first class shipment. From what I understand, that error message used to be more specific. Anyway, thank you for your time.

Thanks for the come back.  I'll have to remember about that info regarding dimensions.  There is talk about a surcharge come April on packages longer than 22 inches (if I recall correctly) so I hope it doesn't come to pass.
