When trying to add any items from one specific seller, I get the following error message. Does anyone know why? Seller does not accept questions

Are they a U.S. seller and does the listing show shipping costs to you?
If they don't take questions all you can do is keep trying, clear your cache/cookies, start over.

Yes, US seller, shipping is free ( used books ). I've tried cache/cookies and problem has continued for about a month now. Thanks for the input.

For a month??? Wow. Have you tried both Contact options to reach the seller - ie, from the listing and/or from their Profile?
You can contact eBay CS and see if they will help notify the seller directly that they're losing sales with a broken Cart error.

Thanks, I was able to send a message thru their seller link when it started, but they never answered. As said, they will not let you ask a question thru an item, so I was not surprised when the did not respond. Tried Ebay chat, after ungodly amount of time waiting for them after each simple statement,( I am sure they are working multiple people at same time as they asked same questions I already answered) their advice was to try to do it "incognito"...did not want to go down that road to figure out, so long story short, gave up on chat. Did not know about calling option, will try that. Thank you.
