This message usually appears when the sellers listing does not have enough information entered into the shipping section so eBay can calculate or show the shipping charge.  The seller needs to edit their listing to correct any problems in the shipping section.

I think this error occurs when the seller has not confirmed the possibility of international delivery (postage) and not changed the destination to Worlwide. Because in rare cases I can place a bid.

But it's very strange, because my delivery address (shipping address) is in the USA. I use international delivery service (Wikishop). And I am from Uzbekistan. And all my data (credic card number, IP-address, phone number, to which notifications are sent) are also from Uzbekistan.
Please tell me where I should go to fix this?
