I ordered an item 3 days ago, received all of the confirmation and dispatch emails but now when I try to track the order it has disappeared and says: "Order is not found. Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving your order."
I bought the item on my account and it is no longer in my purchases to report the item missing. The product listing has disappeared so I can't contact the seller. Evri delivery tracking says that it is returning the item back to the seller after having made no attempt to deliver the item.
What should I do?
