For several days, I cannot get into My E-Bay, as an error message appears that says Try again later. I cannot check any orders, post feedback, nothing. I can buy and check messages.

If you can buy and check messages (and post here), you must be able to sign in.
So the problem may be with your chosen My eBay landing page.
Try another seller page instead. Some of the older links may point to newer pages, but some of these links should allow you to check orders and listings.

If you are not a seller, try using your Watch List as a landing page, and using your Summary or Purchase History to view your orders.

If any of those are not loading, try using another browser as a test. If the pages load in another browser, try clearing your cache and possibly eBay cookies in your original browser.
