I have an account with Bonanza.com
I can't publish my items to eBay anymore
I get this erroe message:
Listing Status
These messages were registered the last time you listed or revised this item. Any errors below will prevent your item from being listed on eBay. If the item is already listed on eBay and you are changing it on Bonanza, errors will prevent your changes from being sent to eBay. Warning messages will not prevent your item or changes to your item from being sent to eBay, but it is advisable to address them when possible.
931: Validation of the authentication token in API request failed.
I got my accounts all up to date, Zero balance, but I still can't publish.
What can I do ?
I like this feature and miss it!
Thank You,
Don Bolduc

A token is the same as a password. It is used when a program (Bonanza's listing service) needs to do things (revise listings) to your eBay account, on your behalf.
These tokens are assigned, by eBay, to those programs, the first time the program needs to access your account. Tokens usually last for 18 months, when they need to be renewed. This renewal process is performed by the requesting program.
Speak to Bonanza support. They should know what this is. They may need you to 'Revoke this authorization' in your eBaay account, before they can renew it. But wait for them to tell you to do that.
