My ability to sell has been paused and I cannot figure out why. I have added a bank account but when I get to the last step I get an error message every time. It says "Something went wrong, try again later". Does anyone have a solution? I also get error messages when trying to verify my email and phone number.

Try clearing your browser history, try another browser. Turn off any browser add-ons even if they have not caused problems in the past.
Here are some things to double-check that may be interfering with your registration.
Make sure that your name and address in your eBay profile match your bank EXACTLY.
I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. Just add the middle name in the first name box with a space. You can not use a PO box for the registration address.
You can still use a PO box for the ship from and to address.
Verify that your birthdate and SS# are correct:

Verify that your bank information is correct:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/settings
If none of the above help then you will need to contact a Managed Payments customer service agent.
