Entering tracking number on a shipment

Hi. I sold an item and used the option to purchase and print a shipping label through ebay, however I realized afterwards it did not have enough insurance coverage. Therefore I voided the shipping label and opted to get a label through Pirateship where I was able to get enough insurance coverage. All is well, except I can not enter in the new tracking number for the new label, as Ebay is giving me no option to update that, and as a result, holding my money as it still shows as not delivered (because it is looking for the original voided label). How can I correct this? Thanks!

You can not remove the original voided tracking but you can add a second tracking number. Go to your orders page

Click on the view order details link. There is a drop down arrow next to the track package option. In that menu is the option to add tracking. This will open a box with the option to add additional tracking numbers.
