Try looking at the from email address - I bet it is not PayPal.  It looks like a phishing email to me.  I get them regularly - usually I have bought a camera 🙂

 

Forward the message to sppof@paypal.com.

It's a SCAM.

 

The Ebay address is incorrect. Also, Ebay is Inc., not an LLC.

 

Log in to your Paypal account and I assure you that the charge will not be there.

 

Forward to spoof@paypal.com
