Email notifications regarding new items from saved sellers

I have a number of saved sellers that list items almost every day. For some sellers I get daily emails with their new listings, but I do not get those same emails from some sellers.

How can I enable that for the sellers that I do not get those emails? In the Saved Searches, each item has a menu where we can "Stop email alerts" or "Get email alerts." For the Saved Sellers, though, the same menu offers different options, "View profile", "Contact seller", "Subscribe to newsletter", and "Add note to self." There's nothing about the new listings. Some of the sellers that I do get new listings email I am not subscribed to their newsletter, so I know that isn't the cause...

Not all sellers post listings daily.  For those sellers, you would not receive a message of new listings until they actually post new listings.
