Hi,

 

I am using ebay.com (United States) and the emails I am getting from ebay related to bidding, orders etc are coming in Spanish, instead of English.

 

How to change it?

You've never even been there?  Another mysterious country change.

Have you tried to change it back to United States from your Account > Personal Information & Addresses (check both places)

Try that first and let me know if you are able to change it or if it's locked to Colombia.

If it's locked, please provide the error message and the URL for that page so we can get Tech support involved.

Possibly because you're in Colombia - are you logging on with a local IP address, and have you always received emails in English instead of Spanish until now?

Is this on a PC/desktop, or mobile device with the app

 

What url do you see - ebay.com or https://co.ebay.com/

Ok, but your registered address shows "Colombia" - has that always been the case, and have you always received communication in English, or Spanish? Trying to determine if this is a recent change.

I used to receive in English. But from past few months, I have started getting emails in Spanish.

Not sure why the registered address shows "Columbia", never been there. LOL

Is it possible to change it to USA? Thanks
