I sold a comic to a buyer in Australia. I selected buyer pays shipping. The buyer was charged $15 and then ebay turned around a charged me $32 to print the label. I called customer service immediately and whoever I spoke with on the phone said to go ahead a pay the $32 and he would refund me in 1-3 business days. Almost 4 months later and 3 additional calls with customer care and still nothing. Anyone have any recommendations?
