Why was an item not recived case allowed to be opened in the first place for a transaction? I opted out of the Ebay international shippng program months ago when they first implemented it, then Ebay mysteriously opted me back into the Ebay international shipping program without my knowledge
Ebay opened an item not received claim even though my shipping exclusions, excludes ALL countries from being shipped to except the USA. Ebay international shipping hijacked my package and put an international label on it and sent it to australia!
Ebay ignored my shipping exclusions in the listing, even though the international shipping program policy page clearly says they would still go by the shipping exclusions in the listing and sent it to australia anyway!
This is fraud and deceptive business practices by Ebay NOT following their own rules and policies
I copied and pasted the Ebay international shipping program policies below:
1. You'll be protected against item not received claims and chargebacks.
2. Shipping exclusions
If you've created exclusions to states, territories, countries or regions that you don't ship to, they'll still apply to eligible listings under the eBay International Shipping program.
3. If a buyer reports that an item was lost or damaged during international shipping or it is damaged at the hub, we'll work with the buyer to resolve the issue. You're protected from:

@horseofcoursellc If they shipped it to Australia with the EIS then you eBay owes you a refund if it reached the EIS shipping center in the US.
I recommend you contact eBay on FB as the agents are more experienced.

What is the item number?
I looked at 3 of your sold listings, and they only sell to the USA. I saw all of the blocked countries.
If somehow a listing was opted into the ebay International Shipping, and the buyer files an item not received case, ebay will refund the buyer out of their funds. You get to keep the payment sent to you. I don't think this is automatic. Once the buyer files, the seller may need to advise ebay that the item was shipped using the EIS, and then they should take care of it.

Thank you for trying to help. You obviously did not read the Ebay international shipping page. Don't you think after 20 yrs on Ebay that I did not know what you are saying?. I wrote that after my frustration of the 1.5 hrs I spent on the phone with them today. I did speak w/ Ebay CS reps, I was transfered 4 times in over an hour, then the final one they transferred me to disconnected me. ALL had different answers, which were WRONG answers. SO I had to have them call me back once again and explain everything all over again. After me telling them and pointing out the ebay page with the international shipping program rules and policies, 3 of which they violated, which they obviously did not follow, the INR case was then closed. My point is why is Ebay violating their own international shipping program rules and policies.? HUH? NOBODY at Ebay in the over 1.5 hours I was on the phone with the phillipines, india and ireland with would answer that question, I want an answer to that question. They blocked me on the Ebay for business FB page a long time ago, so that is a non remedy. Apparently, Ebay does not like being wrong when you point out that they violate their own rules and policies, and specifically state which ones they are violating. Ebay is ignorant of their own rules and policies. I solved the problem myself that took me all morning to do, but this problem NEVER should have been there to begin with. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE

Yes thanks, you are correct, that is exactly what they did after speaking with 5 CS people, getting disconnected once, and 4 of the CS people gave wrong answers. The 5th one did what you said. My point is they never answered the question as to why Ebay violates their own rules and policies ? I should not have to spend the morning on the phone with CS people who have no idea what to do/say or take are of this problem they created.
