Ebay system not working. How do I get a person to help me fix it

Can not print packing slips.    Pinwheel comes up.

When I say print label it will not print.  Must reload page then hit print button.

After label is printed I again try to print packing slip, will not work

Can not cancel postage when I make a mistake
